ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Noosa Kiss we realise how important customer satisfaction is. If you are unhappy with your product, please email us within ten days of receiving your product and we will work together for a resolution.
Please note Noosa Kiss does not issue refunds.
In the rare instance you have a reaction to our product, please take a photo of the skin reaction immediately and discontinue use of the product. Email picture of reaction and return product to us.
Our product, under the intended conditions of use, poses no risk to users.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email the team at email@example.com. We will then assess the situation and work out the best solution. If at any stage Noosa Kiss deems the return as unsuccessful the item will be returned to the customer.
RETURNS SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend utilising trackable express shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee or take responsibility for lost or stolen items being returned.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
